Meet Our New Challenge Types! We’re always on the lookout for ways to make your events more interactive, more engaging, and a lot more fun, which is why we’re thrilled to roll out not one, not two, but three brand-new challenge types in the TownTrek app: Route, Explore, and Poll!

So, what’s new? Let’s dive in:

Route Challenge

Get moving! With the Route challenge, you can guide participants to specific waypoints or simply track their journey by distance and time. Whether it’s a scenic tour, a wellness walk, or just a clever way to keep people active during your event, this challenge is perfect for getting people out and about.

Explore Challenge

Ready to uncover something new? Organizers can now upload a GEOJSON file to create a dynamic map area. As players explore the designated space, pieces of the map get revealed—kind of like a real-life fog-of-war video game, but with fresh air and real adventure. It’s a great way to encourage full exploration of a park, downtown area, or historic district.

Poll Challenge
